Reviews and Ratings
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's mix of modern comfort with the classic Hotel Nikko atmosphere. The room was very comfortable, clean, and exuded the traditional charm of the hotel. Although there weren't many dining options, the surrounding area provided plenty of choices, and the service was polite and helpful.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with a beautiful view of the bay and Rainbow Bridge. While I hoped for a suite upgrade, the Premier Executive Floor provided a cozy stay. The service was attentive and available 24/7, offering various facilities inside and around the hotel. Although the location is a bit far from major sites, the proximity to Daiba station makes transportation convenient and there are plenty of places to explore nearby. The dining options were tasty, but additional indoor activities would be welcomed on rainy days.
The hotel has some positives like spacious rooms with beautiful walkways and great looking toilets in the executive rooms. However, the room size was cramped, with a strong smell of cigarettes that was overpowering. The service was kind and helpful overall but not consistently friendly. The location offers easy access to shopping centers and family attractions, though some might find it dated. The dining experience varied with good choices for breakfast but also some disappointments. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and offered a spectacular view of the Rainbow Bridge and harbor. The staff was excellent in assisting me during my visit. The location was outstanding with a stunning view of the ocean and bridge, though WiFi access was a bit of an issue. The dining experience was fantastic, and the facilities were top-notch.
Wow! My stay at the hotel was simply amazing. The rooms were spacious and had a balcony offering breathtaking views of the Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo skyline. The service was top-notch with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The location, although a bit far from the city, was convenient with easy access to transportation. The dining experience was delightful with a stunning view of Tokyo. The facilities were excellent all around.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were old and not as functional as I would have expected, especially considering the high volume of international travelers. On the bright side, my room had a big terrace that offered stunning views of the Rainbow Bridge and the Tokyo skyline. However, I was disappointed to find out that there was no hairbrush provided anymore.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms had a slight issue with smoke odor embedded in the carpets and curtains but were spacious, with beautiful lifts and walkways. The executive rooms impressed with stylish toilets and a bonus Bose sound system. The Rainbow Bridge view from the room was delightful.
